Brian Kerr is an Ontario Land Surveyor with more than 40 years of experience in the geomatics industry, bringing deep expertise in mapping, remote sensing, and land development projects. Known for his ability to translate complex technical processes into clear, actionable guidance, Brian ensures clients fully understand their property boundaries, options, and next steps.
As a Canada Lands Surveyor, Brian served as Project Manager on several large-scale initiatives, including the legal survey of over 2,000 hectares of land comprising part of Canada’s first urban national park—the Rouge National Urban Park in Toronto, Markham, and Pickering, Ontario.
Throughout his career, Brian has combined field expertise with strong communication skills, personally overseeing projects from initial research and fieldwork through to the delivery of final certified plans. He is committed to providing accurate, dependable results while maintaining a collaborative and transparent approach.
Beyond surveying, Brian is an accomplished writer and content strategist with decades of experience crafting proposals, reports, and technical documents for diverse clients, including those in advanced mapping and unmanned systems. This combination of technical knowledge and communication skills ensures clients receive not only precise data but also clear, professional recommendations.
In his spare time, Brian enjoys playing guitar and has a passion for jazz music.

Luke Potvin is an Ontario Land Surveyor with a background in civil engineering, dedicated to helping clients navigate property-related challenges. He performs both fieldwork and plan preparation personally, ensuring every survey is completed by a commissioned Ontario Land Surveyor from start to finish. Luke works with landowners, municipalities, and professionals to provide accurate surveys, practical solutions, and clear guidance for severances, boundary confirmations, and new construction projects. Combining proven expertise with advanced tools like GPS, total stations, and drones, he delivers precise results with open, straightforward communication.
Outside of work, Luke is passionate about cycling and cross-country skiing in Gatineau Park.
