Luke Potvin is an Ontario Land Surveyor with a background in civil engineering. He completes both fieldwork and plan preparation personally, ensuring each survey is carried out by a commissioned Ontario Land Surveyor from start to finish.
He works with landowners, municipalities, and professionals on boundary surveys, severances, and development projects, providing clear guidance and practical solutions.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys cycling and cross-country skiing in Gatineau Park.

Following the passing of co-founder Brian W. Kerr, O.L.S., Keith Watson serves as Managing Ontario Land Surveyor for Kerr & Potvin Inc.
Keith Watson is an Ontario Land Surveyor with over 30 years of professional experience. He is the principal of Watson Land Surveyors Ltd., based in Belleville, Ontario, where he continues to operate his own independent surveying practice.
Keith provides professional oversight and direction of the firm’s surveying practice.

Brian co-founded Kerr & Potvin Inc. and served as Managing Ontario Land Surveyor. With over 40 years of experience in land surveying across Eastern Ontario, he was widely respected for his knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to the surveying profession.
Brian passed away unexpectedly in January 2026. His legacy continues to guide the firm’s work and standards of practice.
